    Tackles emergency conditions in apartment buildings to promote safe, sustainable, and high-quality space that enhances the well-being of residents and the integrity of our built environment. We meet regularly with Cleveland Building and Housing officials.

  • Safety and Security

    This committee is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of our community. Our mission is to create a secure environment where residents feel protected and supported. The committee works closely with the Fourth District Police, residents, and building owners to enhance safety resources in the apartment corridor.

    The Research Committee gathers, analyzes, and disseminates important information to support code compliance, tenant engagement, neighborhood advocacy, and other organizational activities.

  • Finance and Operations

    The Finance Committee ensures sound financial stewardship and sustainability of the organization conducted within the framework of our fiscal agent, East 66th Street Services.

    Operations are managed by the Convener and administrative team, which is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization’s daily functions to support the goals of the organization.
